Golly Sgt. Carter, they really did that?
    Is that legal?

If UF were a NFL team and I were the GM, I would have fired his ass right after the presser.

I thought muschamp was a top talent evaluator and recruiter. Why sign kids that will struggle at the SEC level?

The Title of this thread is my problem with the OL. Too many times they have no clue what they are supposed to do.
If a player gets beat on a play.. It happens. LSU has studs on the DL. Put a hat on a hat. Block somebody.
Play after play, some of the guys just flat out don't block anybody. They think somebody else is going to do it.
On that dumb ass Trick play in the Red Zone, 2 guys ended up on their asses downfield and didn't block a single person.

Look no further than he depth chart as an indicator of talent evaluation. Ask yourself why we seem to get better with injuries. Gillislee, Murphy, Kelvin Taylor to name a few all got playing time not bc of Muschamp, but bc of injuries and all excelled more than their predecessors. Too soon to call Taylor and improvement over Jones I know, but dude can ball and he is only getting playing time bc Jones got hurt. This is a red flag IMO

I agree that patience may be needed. I think we have to be functional next year though. I don't think we have to be dominant like Bama lines typically are, but guys can't be "confused" so often.

    Oline
LT finally at the weight he needs to be
    LG already plays well
C? I think Dillard wins this job
RG Moore playing his natural position
    RT Green

    DLine 2014
You lose one guy off the Dline and in the front 7 in general unless Powell leaves early. At the same time you gain 5 highly touted freshmen who are all red shirting at least 3 should be ready to play Bostwick Brantley Ivey.

Cox and McCalister who were 3 year projects from the get go are finally the size the staff wants them at.

If it is not fixed by next year then he isnt the man for the job 4 years is long enough

This is a lie. He was playing in the LSU game no matter what said Muschamp because he ha a good week of practice he was going to get extended time on the field. If it was just Jones injury they would have ran Brown.

Who got injured for Gillie to start last year?

And hopefully the injury woes on the OL subside. Last few years have been tough.

Over the years I periodically tire of the BS on GC and leave the forums, then because I am hungry for news of the Gators I hopefully come back. Well the BS quotient has again reached the saturation level.

    Time to go.

I am so glad that the self-anointed, it has to happen for me immediately because I am entitled, experts will have absolutely no input into decisions about Champ's future. But, they better get used to it, because I expect he will be around for a long time. Of course when he gets his program up to speed, many will be running to get on the bandwagon.

Just too many broken parts on the wagon. I really can't see this thing taking off. I hope it does and I got nothing against Muschamp but it's a feeling hard to explain.

Everyone and their mom was calling for Gilly to get playing time. Muschamp didn't until the last opportunity and he blew it up. What's that say about talent evaluation? And that's just one example, smart fella

That he was hurt the year prior and struggled in pass pro. But maybe we should play injured players. I would love to see Colin Thompson out there hopping on one leg how about you?

No he has done more than a few things wrong in my eyes and if he doesnt win he needs to be fired. If you look up a few post I have said if he doesnt have it fixed in 2014 he is not the man for the job

You said thing like playing a player that was hurt and Kelvin only played because Jones got hurt. I agree that Meyer and Muscahmp should have brought in more Olinemen. Which means they also would have to push more Olinemen out of the program. Now is most of the fanbase a fan of Saban "processing"?

Oh, we support our Gators alright, and always will whether Muschamp is there or not. I must have missed you in the stands at Kentucky where we drove 14 hours one way to support our team for 3 hours, then drove the 14 again to get home, thank you.
My family goes to support the University of Florida and the kids in the uniforms, not as part of a particular coach's fan club. If a coach can't handle criticism, he's in the wrong business.
As far as a bandwagon, I just don't see bandwaggoners clamoring to get in on these 7-3 games. But don't let that stop you from letting the doorknob hit ya where the good Lord split ya.
