Really? I didn't catch that. That would be a huge loss for them. Wow...

Even if he does play, we all know that he likely won't be 100%.

Okay, and LSU was a much better, more complete team two years ago. We, on the other hand, were nowhere near as good as we are right now.

That game has nothing to do with what will happen on Saturday.

So was Arkansas and their two very good RB's, and Arkansas' line was more veteran than LSU's.

Any chance of a Bayou Bengal getting suspended for raping a teenager?

Probably not, Miles will allow a team vote to reinstate the playa.

I think they can too, if we turn it over five times. But we haven't been turning it over too much during the Murphy Administration, so I doubt it.

My concern is LSU's physicality at running back. Hill abused Auburn's D to the point they lost all faith. Arkansas was able to burn us for almost 100 yards in the 1st quarter alone. Hill is Matt Jones and Mack Brown all rolled into one guy. He has the size and speed. Very impressed with him so far and Mettenberger...give the coaches a raise for making him really good this year. Night and day better than any QB in the SEC as far as improvement over last year.

The key to this game is how our team overcomes early brain farts and turnovers. Watch out for a pick 6 or 2.

True. LSU the most talented and best coached team we have faced so far and they have home field. It could be a humbling game. But I expect us to play well. If it holds that our offense can move the ball(and score); our D slows them down(RZ D); and we minimize our mistakes; we have a great shot. Hard to see us scoring much more than our average.

With balls that size, it makes perfect sense that he gets them kicked so easily with all the dumbass calls he makes :)

What was memorable for me was very recent. Like last year when knowing Driskel was sub par the Tigers still couldnt do anything to stop the 20 plus straight run plays in a row, unless of course you count MIles having guys dive to the turf to like a girls soccer team to stop the arse whipping they were getting... which of course didnt matter...and the beating continued. I cant imagine the frustration from an LSU fans perspective just being totally helpless and knowing you were beaten in a very dominating fashion. That was a game ending beat down that was great to watch. Remember that?

if fla gets down 10-13 early, this game will be over. fla's offense can't win a shoot out.

Those two statements are different ideas. Winning in a shootout and getting down 2 possessions are two different scenarios.

We wouldn't play for a shoot out. We'd play for our defense to shut down their offense the last three quarters like it does with everybody else. And LSU can be scored on.

If we're down 10-13 points in the fourth quarter, that's a different story. Then we'd need to go faster tempo and throw more. Murphy has been very efficient so far. I wouldn't rule us out in that scenario either, although it's clearly not playing to our strong suit.

Could imagine us down 10 points but still win. Down by 21 though? Nah, too much.
