Friday night, both teams ranked in the nations top 15 by most polls. University should have a huge say in the final National rankings since they play Manatee friday, Miami Central in 2 weeks and will meet Booker T Washington in round 2 of the playoffs.

Both teams loaded with D1 tallent although Quincy Wilson is the only Gator commit.

Went to this game tonight. Fantastic game! University went up 21-0 in the first quarter, but Manatee wore the Sun's defense down with the running game (sound familiar?) and came back to win it 24-28 after university failed to score deep in Manatee territory with about two minutes left.

Quincy Wilson wasn't a very big factor in the game, as the Canes ran the ball on almost every snap. When the ball came his way though, he made the play. Looked pretty tall as a corner.

University's QB is going to Auburn I believe. Good arm, but the kid seems pretty shaky mentally. Definitely a hot head, and didn't respond well when coaches tried to call him down.

Mizzou is getting a good RB from manatee. Tough, physical runner with good speed and moves. Good attitude as well.
Best player on University's offense was their big WR #17. Heard he was going to duke.

Fantastic win for the Canes. They remain unbeaten this season.
