What happened to him? He was wearing #74, but according to Gator Country roster, #74 is Dunker and Brown does not appear on the roster.

Its just a mistake. Brown is #74, Dunker is no longer with the team.

Brown is playing some but his lack of footspeed has meant he has struggled at Tackle. He really could have benefited from arriving in the Spring so he could drop the 35-30 pounds he needs to drop to play Tackle effectively in the SEC.

Just from the few practices where the fans were allowed to go watch in the preseason, Trenton did not appear like a factor. He was one of those guys who was not taking things like stretching or warmups seriously at all. There was everyone else doing things or trying to do things the right way, and then Trenton who appeared not to care. He's someone who could have benefitted from a redshirt year, even if he did already play two years at the JC level. He needs to drop some pounds and decide if he wants to take things seriously.

Brown played in the Miami game, as I recall, after Humphries and Moore went down.

I remember there being some annoyance during Brown's recruitment about his inability to get into school during the spring semester as originally expected. A guy like Brown really could have used all the prep time possible.

I think it'd be interesting to see what Brown could do plugging the hole left by Easley on defense.

As a three-technique? Scary for an entirely different reason.

Dude is massive and it seems lots of players like him. Saw him cutting up w Drob on sidelines maybe he'll keep him happy until he sees more balls

CWM wanted to give Trenton the number 363 but the SEC would not approve it. By next season he'll be playing at 240-245 and be a handful but my guess is at guard. Lookout Weight Watchers!

He sounds overweight, slow, undisciplined, and like he might not contribute much.

That probably applies more to those of us on the boards than Brown.

Easley was the quickest linemen we've ever had. Brown might be the slowest. Trent should probably spend the entire season flipping tires. Really big ones.

They don't let teams put their players waist size on jerseys!

Seriously, yes it's a shame he's not contributing more (or able to)...especially after the early injuries. Him not reporting for spring was a huge factor in his lack of development. Hopefully the coaches find somewhere to use him.

The articles from fall camp mentioned several D players saying how hard he was to get around. Apparantly that was just feel-good talk.

It sounds like he could have really used a redshirt year. Its a shame Green got a season ending injury thus forcing us to play him.
