Duke (7) lost a close game on the road to Notre Dame (one where Parker was benched down the stretch for not defending). Oklahoma State (6) lost on the road to K State. Memphis (18) lost at home to Cincy - and it wasn't close. UConn (17) lost on the road to SMU. SMU? Those were just the losses. Some of the wins, as you guys know, were tough as well. Florida (12) in a battle till the last few minutes. Syracuse (2) won 49 to 44 at home against Miami. Must have been one ugly game. Zona (1) over Washington was close till the last couple minutes. Not saying this is incredibly surprising. But I think it does mean that teams like Florida can't write off a 1 or 2 seed because of a couple early losses. Things are up for grabs and I don't see completely dominant teams out there that are going to roll through anyone they play.
