    That is implied. The only thing that any real scientist can reasonably say is, this is complex and we need more effort.

    Just going to change the subject now that you realized exactly how bizarre your initial assertion was?

    And how, if anything, a push by nations on the IPCC to remove the sections criticizing them for not meeting Kyoto requirements and not doing enough to address AGW, would suggest that we should be wary that IPCC is systematically understating the risks because nations are manipulating the process to avoid risking building support for more meaningful changes?

    This is extortion.... just like when a country (including Russia) builds Nukes we pay them to make sure they have to proper safeguards to keep the criminal elements away from them. And now we're being extorted by poor nations to do the same thing with regard to their energy usage.

    When are we going to wise up a let these countries developed their own nations. this is worse than being the world military police, IMHO.

    Just wait and see how much Iran extorts from us after they build their nukes.
