How does Friday March 28th sound for our annual 'meeting of the minds' lunch? I will be in the Tampa Bay area that Thursday-Sunday and would love to continue the tradition of getting together with as many of our Too Hot brethren as can make it that day. Tradition has called for the gathering at the corner of Bay Area Blvd and US 19 at Cheddars. So what say you?? Any interest in meeting some of the faces with the names???

These must be so entertaining. If it weren't for the state of my namesake, I'd so be there.

austin's been organizing these 'too hot gatherings' for awhile. it has been my disappointment to never have been able to attend.
i kept thinking 'maybe next year'...and that never happened.
since my Mom passed last may, i don't feel the urgency to get down to florida that i used to have. my brothers and sister in laws, and nieces and nephews are there, but it's not the same as saving my annual florida trek for Mom.

anyone that actually can make it, should.
    i'm envious.
    :)

Careful, big man. I'll have to take you up the generosity one of these years!

I think everyone should wear a GoPro for this gathering. It would be both entertaining and would also prove useful in the soon-to-follow court proceedings. :D

Made the one three years ago. I'm about an hour away and will try to make it. That year Nanna tried to stick the conservatives with her part of the check........I kid. It was fun.

Invitation will always stand. Welcome to stay at RV if you come down for a game.

Have a friend from and have visited Yarmouth. Very nice up there (in the summer).

Nice in the winter, too. Just gotta 'adjust'. ;)

I'm around the corner in Cape. You two should coordinate your travels and we'll orchestrate a TH North gathering.

Yes it is. His father recently died (in his 90's). Owned 200 acres about 10 miles out of town near that famous golf course (can't remember the name) that babe Ruth had played. House was built in 1798 and he had a barn full of wood he'd cut for the six wood burning stoves (too cheap to pay for oil). Fiercely independent people up there. I swear if a Hurricane hit and the Feds came in they'd tell them to get the hell out "we take care of our own".

    Perhaps exiled could comment.
