5 games. Doing all the right things. Time to let him play.

I think we'll see him suit up this week, but knowing BD, we won't be aware until game time. Billy likes to keep his cards close to his vest.

Unless there is some rule governing it about which I am not aware, my guess is whether the exhibition game is allowed to count as part of Scottie's punishment is directly related to how well (reliably, responsibly and earnestly) Billy thinks Scottie has handled his punishment. In that event I hope to see him against JU!

Well, of course, one must realize the advantage this not providing information regarding who will be playing gives a team. Opponents don't know quite what to prepare for.

    Makes perfect sense to me.

That and it's just nobody's business but the team really, so I'm fine with not knowing who will play until they actually do when it comes to suspensions of this nature.

Agreed, and that's exactly the way I'd handle it. This is BD's approach at least as far back as Teddy Dupay.

Has anyone heard any update on the Harris situation?

I was wondering the same thing. Is he even practising with the team or working out separately from the team? I wonder if Walker's imminent arrival will spur him along as he's the one guy I see taking his minutes...anything to get his head straight and back on the team

No change as of last week. Still not practicing with the team, but working individually with the trainers and coaches.

Considering the repeat offenses, I have no problem with Billy making Scottie squirm on the bench and watch him teammates struggle.

Can you give us a little bit more than this? It really sucks if this is true.

He is working out w coaches. I'm not sure why we would go thru those motions uf there was not an effort or intent to bring him back.

If Harris doesn't come back, that means Walker will get a decent number of minutes this year, although it bodes ill for next year.

Of course, there is also the point that AKA makes.

Bullis is an insider, but he does not know everything, of course, who does?
