I'm thinking about taking some guys down to King Street and pulling that flash mob thing there. What do you think?

Have you ever met River's homies? A scary lot they are. Brb, time to fill up a backup clip of ammo.

And who would be doing the shooting? And what happens when a store customer is shot by accident? As I said before there are non lethal measures that can be taken to limit liability and make your store less of a target.

I was not blaming the retailer, I was presenting simple solutions to make the retailer less of a target.

Again ... if you do not like the retailers security measures, do not patronize that retailer.

And that very same theory applies to the thugs--if the gang knows they may get shot, they will not patronize(steal from) that retailer.

And if a retailer shot and killed one of these kids and I was on the jury, I would do my utmost to make sure that the shooter did some time behind bars.

Which is why you are no more qualified to be a juror than you were back during Zimmerman trial -- the entire process for you is just a means of fixing what you think ails society. Fact is, there could be a justified occassion to shoot some of these vandals and hooligans, or there could murderous occasions. But you have already decided which any would be.

    I'm talking about the clip.
What would be the justification from what you saw?

Haven't watched it, don't really care to. There is no context in which these clowns can be defended, and I would certainly approve of open carry or display of firearms by these storekeepers where legal. Sometimes just know it is there is probably enough.

Lets be honest here, no lawyer would want you on a jury. I don't mean that as an insult, but you would put politics way before any kind of justice.

If my name came up I'd make sure I'd was on the jury.

Are you implying you'd distort your views to tilt a verdict?

This would go as well as that scene in "Runaway Jury" where the guy pours blood on himself or something :)
