    Yes, that attention-getting title is a slight exaggeration. But the man says none for beginners or hurting or stressed-out people ... and precious little for everyone else:

    As an aside, I find it interesting that Mark Sisson's prescription for exercise differs so radically from that of CrossFit which has essentially co-opted Paleo. Sisson says one or two brief, sane workouts a week and lots and lots of easy aerobic stuff.
