This is the worst officiated game I've watched this season.

That clean block? Hit his right hand off the ball. The missed call on the block against Egor. Guy had his offhand pushing Egors shoulder down. The out of bounds call? The missed offensive foul on Ole Miss. Huge swings of momentum. Don't sweat this loss. You can't overcome the stripes. Oh yeah can't forget when Hudson gets fouled to cause a lose ball and then they call a foul on us instead of a jump ball.

Stone elbowed twice today on the post on "made" baskets. No fouls. Then he gets called for a terrible offensive foul without even lifting his arm. Sums up the day.

It's called financial opportunity for the refs.

Sometimes we have to beat the refs but this game was over the top.

I mentioned in the game thread that I have never seen a BB game that made me fell like "The Swindle in the Swamp." This was outrageous.

The last three minutes were the worst. Hayes scraped across the face and loses ball out of bounds, no call. Two bogus charge calls on Florida, then blocking foul on Cheese when the guy just launched into him. I've never seen so many bad calls in a row, all against one team, since the Butler tournament game.

That is one of those games that you just have to chalk it up to getting screwed by the refs. Absolutely jobbed. Happens once a year probably, but this was egregious.

Yup. We already had a lot of adversity to overcome. Once Gak got knocked out (literally and of course called for a foul where he took an elbow to the head) we were playing with no backup big and Hayes in foul trouble. To be as close as we are was amazing in itself but the refs probably handed Ole Miss between 10-15 points on BS calls.

The refs killed us, but we did our own bonehead plays down the stretch. Some bad shots, turnovers, and Cheese basically missed a layup before that out of bounds call. That's when I knew the game was over.

Yeah, the zebras were awful today, just embarrassing to watch.

I would say I'm surprised but this crap is everywhere in college hoops.

This is my biggest complaint about the calls today. Yes there were many other complete misses by the refs but these 2 turned the game. Instead of 2 fouls and turnovers against UM they gave them 2 baskets for so called good moves. More like elbows to the chest to clear out our defender. Its a totally different game if those 2 charges are called the right way.

We definitely still had chances to win the game.

I'd throw in the "block" that involved the Ole Miss player slapping Stone's hands from behind which disloged the ball causing it to go out of bounds. That would have been a huge momentum play for us.

That was a good one as well but not much time left. That could have given us some momentum. Cheese was certainly doing what he could other than his late jump ball.

Hudson stepping on the baseline?....I mean that wasn’t even close as he was a good foot and half inside....how do you convince yourself you saw it otherwise. That’s blatant incompetence as an NCAA official if that’s what you’re seeing. That means your not seeing the game and shouldn’t be out there.....period.

When their guy flopped on Stone's drive with a minute left and got the call I knew it was over. That was some TERRIBLE officiating. And yet we still could have won.

I think Hayes getting elbowed in the face with no call was the worst one I saw.
