This story has more holes in it than Cheese Cloth
He would make more money here with the chance to take over as HC.
BP did not get fired for cheating on his wife. Personally, I don't care if he screwed every woman in Fayetteville, Atlanta, Louisville and now in Bowling Green, Kentucky. BP was fired for hiring his gf to a job that she was not qualified for, circumventing the state hiring laws to hire her, allowing his boss, the AD, to put out a false statement about events.
I'm a win at all cost kind of guy, but, BP is a little to toxic for me. I don't care who he sleeps with, but, the other stuff is a little to much for me. Thanks, but no thanks.
Actually, I'm not assuming anything. This is not an either/or, zero sum game, although many of you try to make it that way.
The real answer for the road of recovery is to cut WM off and find a new head coach. It's just getting too obvious that it's over his head with the offensive schemes even with two offensive coordinators so hence, it's just crazier to get a third offensive coordinator under the same head coach. So op, it;s out of question going with some good points posted in this thread.
BP makes 850,000 plus 350,000 in bonuses. UF is not paying him that much to be OC. He improves WK and he gets a chance back in the big leagues
They have already improved and will be a force next season. You're right, Bobby ain't taking an OC gig. He's a head coach. If we ever hire him, things will change in our locker room.. dramatically. I know some people who played for him at Louisville.
