Well Oracle was involved. No software product is "done" in terms of work or spending.

    So yes, you're probably right.

I was listening to Bob Rose discuss gru this morning. I remember a friend putting solar on their business down in Sarasota and discussing the buyback years ago. I mentioned to him it was too bad he did not live in Gainesville where you can make a killing...

It seems to me that people who favor out of control spending and are not concerned about the government's extraordinary waste of money [our money]:

    1. Have never been in a business that had to make money to survive and pay its employees and/or

    2. Have never had to live by a budget and/or

    3. Do not have children or grandchildren and/or

    4. Are not concerned about the increasing deficit because they won't have to pay it back and/or

    5. Do not understand that our children and grandchildren will have to pay for our follies and/or

    6. Are not concerned about foisting off huge debt on future generations and/or

    7. Believe that money borrowed does not have to be repaid and/or

    8. Never had parents who required them to earn an allowance and spend no more than what was earned and/or

    9. Are willing to condone incredible mismanagement and wasteful spending for which anyone in business would be terminated.

CGI Federal??? Oh god no wonder it cost even $93 Million. They are about as efficient as the government itself. Full of ex-federal employees.

Difference between Pubs and Dems: with Pubs the cost overruns would be paid to Halliburton. Jersey Gator rules!

This happens constantly, honestly. The fix is just to put the comments back in the top of the script. It's rarely noticed because most developers are unaware or indifferent as to who is really using their scripts.

Yep, it's never going to work either. They just don't know it yet.

How much do you want to bet that they are already thinking of using another company to redesign a completely new website?

Not according to John McAfee. It's a run of the mill basic program, that's been re-coded... on the cheap. Not money cheap but creativity, or lack thereof, unoriginal cheap.

So, you're saying that ignorance of the law IS an excuse.

That's an interesting take, counselor... Let's see how the judge reacts on that defense, shall we?
