Stupid. MSU is already the best experience in college baseball. Leave it alone.

Agreed. MSU for a baseball weekend is my favorite event outside of Omaha. The Final Four in Indy compares but the Final Four in Atlanta isn't close. The BCSNG in Glendale isn't close either.

MSU is fantastic just the way it is. Why change it?

That MSU stadium. Just WOW! Makes me want to do a road trip when they get that built. I think I spy a roof over a portion of the stands too.

    Found this particularly interesting:

Several premium seating opportunities will be available. The new stadium will feature approximately 50 skyboxes (25 in the main grandstand, 25 in the outfield) and club and loge seating. The outfield suites will feature two bedrooms, a bath, kitchen and living space and will be available for use year-round.

Bedrooms. So, if the game gets boring, you've got a place to, uh, sleep.

I would guess it is for weekend series. They kind of have real fans.

That would certainly be the way it is most-used. But this could be absolute genius. If one can live in the place year-round, think how many alums would love to have a 2/1 on campus to use any time they want. You've got your accomodations for football games, basketball games, any on-campus event - or you can just live on campus for awhile if you'd like. Think of all the alums that have multiple children and buy a place in Gainesville just so all their kids can live in it when they matriculate to UF. If we ever do this at UF, I've got to at least consider it.

Agree, I would purchase this if they were available at the Mac .. What a blast for baseball weekends. I come to Gville as it is and stay out by the interstate.
