Capitalism is the free market. Socialism is when the government runs things. What is the name of the economic system where corporations use the government to do their dirty work?

    npr.org

A couple found a loophole in the law and started selling all of their raisins.

Fairyunicornism, because ultimately, there is no such thing as a government system in which a well-intentioned state has its throat stood upon by private actors, corporate or otherwise. Corporations ultimately can't "use" government, because the government holds the force. Corporations that intertwine with the state are in effect creating fascism, because as surely as the corporations "use" the state, the state will use them right back, except when they disagree, it's the state that always wins, because the state has the power of force. Corporations seeking out this type of relationship are sort of like the fictional waif seeking out a vampire, prying his mouth open, and pulling his head to her throat and holding it there until he bites her.

From what I understand, Fascism. Though there are different kinds and, for now, it lacks the nationalistic/totalitarian aspect. But that just may be a matter of time.
