    Dilfer

    On his throwing motion...

"I would say he's not sequenced. It may look like his arm angle is low, but it's not. When your body is not moving in sequence, it's going to look like a low arm angle. There are moments when he's more compact and he looks very sequenced and the arm looks higher. That's all it is. It'll add to inconsistencies when he's not sequenced."

Watching Grier in this, he's got a pretty amazing touch at being able to drop the ball into a receiver who's not that open. He's also able to outrun everyone to the endzone, which I didn't expect.

4-star Florida safety Trey Marshall ready to commit at Nike's The Opening

4-star safety Trey Marshall will make his college decision this weekend in Portland at Nike's The Opening 2013, with a dozen programs spread across the South eagerly waiting for his choice.

Marshall, a 5'11, 195-pounder who plays for Lake City (Fla.) Columbia, is one of the most versatile safeties in the country, per Bud Elliott's scouting report. Although he lines up at strong safety, he's got the pass defending skills of a nickelback and ability to play in the box like a linebacker, all while displaying the necessary athleticism and instinctual play for his true position.

Marshall's offer sheet includes the big homestate schools Florida, Florida State, Miami and Miami as well as South Florida, as well as SEC squads Arkansas, Georgia, Ole Miss, Vandy, and Tennessee, and a pair of national teams in Louisville and West Virginia.

    The Opening ‏@TheOpening_2013 4m
    Team #AlphaPro will feature @Elite11 QBs @KellerChryst @Andrew_Ford7 & @willg7533 at #TheOpening - roster here: http://bit.ly/11KIVsd

I put in the opening post that Will Grier will be on team Alpha Pro. This was probably the best case scenario for the Gators. The top WR on our board is Ermon Lane and he is on team Alpha pro as well

The Opening 2013: Four 2015 prospects in attendance

t's not easy for prospects who just completed their sophomore seasons to earn invitations to The Opening, but four recruits did manage to show out enough at the Nike camps to earn their golden tickets to Oregon.

WR George Campbell, Tarpon Springs (Fla.) East Lake: Campbell is a two-way threat, catching 30 passes for 770 yards and nine offensive scores while recording 56 tackles on defense as a sophomore. The 6'4, 185-pounder showed his size and athletic ability at the Orlando NFTC where he ran a 4.48 in the 40, a 4.22 shuttle, a 37.1-inch vertical and a 34-foot power ball throw to earn a 106.86 SPARQ rating. He already has 15 offers from national programs like Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Michigan, Notre Dame, and Ohio State. Check him out on Twitter @GeorgeCampbell0.

DB Minkah Fitzpatrick, Jersey City (N.J.) St. Peter's Prep: Fitzpatrick is one of the top underclassmen in the East and already has offers from Miami, Ohio State, Rutgers, South Carolina, Syracuse, Virginia, and Wisconsin. A two-way threat, he had 21 tackles and two interceptions as a sophomore and ran for nearly 500 yards with five scores for a program that has produced several BCS-caliber recruits. At the New Jersey NFTC, the 6'0, 185-pounder ran a 4.16 in the shuttle and jumped 32.8 inches on his vertical. Fitzpatrick comes in at No. 38 on 247 Sports' Class of 2015 rankings. Follow him on Twitter @minkfitz_21.

DB Derwin James, Jr., Auburndale (Fla.): James impressed at the Orlando NFTC, where he ran a 4.66 in the 40, recorded a 35.1-inch vertical and dominated the one-on-one drills to earn All-Camp Team honors. Comes in at No. 36 overall in 247 Sports' 2015 Rankings. A Class 5A Honorable Mention All-State player, the 6'2, 200-pounder has already committed to Florida State. He's on Twitter @derwinjames6.

DB Iman Marshall, Long Beach (Calif.) Poly: Marshall, 247Sports' No. 41 prospect in the 2015 class, already has offers from a dozen schools including Florida State, Michigan, Notre Dame, Ole Miss, Oregon State, Tennessee, Washington, UCLA, and USC. Playing for one of the perennial top talent-producing high schools in the country, the 6'1, 185-pounder was selected as a CalHiSports.com Sophomore All-State pick in 2012.

-Trent's top six (in no order): Sean White, Kyle Carta-Samuels, Kyle Allen, Deshaun White, Brad Kaaya, David Blough. #Elite11

-Trent Dilfer says #UF commit Will Grier is right there outside the top group along with Jacob Park.

-In a game-on-the-line situation Trent Dilfer says he'd want David Blough or Kyle Allen.

-Trent Dilfer says that #Clemson commit Deshaun Watson may be the most college-ready QB. (including film in that eval)
