I’m lazy and curious, what are the ages of these guys compared to the old staff?

Seems we got younger, more energy, and of course better.

Seider is widely considered a top level recruiter. And I've heard mention that much of the new staff excels in that area as well. I wonder, in a year or two, who on the staff will be considered the best recruiter.

According 247, UF was 11 and MSST was 24 in 2017

So slap a UF logo on the new staffs chest and lets see what they can do.....it's all about the BLUE and ORANGE

Mac's last staff was so young that, while they could recruit OK, they couldn't teach a prostitute to fornicate. "Young" does not equal "good."

Damn dude. That's dedication. I was just about to post that not even I would go through and look all that up. Lol

I have to say I think jajuan seider is older than 30. I think he graduated college in 99 or 2000 right around when I did and I'm not even close to 30 years old.

Speaking of, I wonder what third world country got UGA's 2017 t-shirts, hats, etc?
You're right on Seider, he graduated HS in 95....so he's 41-ish.

English was actually a very strategic choice by Mullen imo. He's a good positions coach, about a solid B rating imo, but he's reportedly an expert recruiter, probably an A+ rating there. He can really help us in some of these tight battles with other schools over several of these top recruits.

I like that he has finished his staff right before the big January recruiting visits battles start too.

In his first staff here at UF, Mullen has hired a very good mixture of coaches and recruiters that "appear" will work well together, and recruit well too. His strategy appears very balanced on both coaching and recruiting fronts imo.

Completely a 180 degree trun from what we saw from McElwain's staff appointments, which to me, seemed anywhere from a good hire here or there, but just as many questionable and outright bad hires too. Mullen isn't hiring friends, pals, and buddies like Mac did, he's hiring professionals he's worked well with and know they're good at their jobs.

The last thing we needed here at UF was another "good ole boys club' coaching staff.

The big time problem was Mac, not the rest of the coaching staff.
