I guess all this Monday morning quarterbacking is to be expected, after all football season is about to start. We will then change from legal experts to football experts.
Watch this shit
That jury was biased...
At least one juror publicly stated she was convinced of the affirmative defense. So, that is not "making things up."
And the fact that it did not really take a long time to get an unanimous verdict is telling. No doubt there might have been one or two jurors that had to be persuaded on the basis of reasonable doubt, especially the ones that originally voted to convict. But I know there was at least one and think probably as many as three that thought the affirmative defense carried the day.
The evidence certainly supported the affirmative defense.
Yea, but other than that though!
You seem to be trying to counter my post, but your comments miss my point entirely. In the interest of not retyping it again., I suggest you read it again and consider it my answer.
Isn't this thread supposed to be about the NBPP threatening George Zimmerman? How did it become GZ Acquittal Thread, Part II?
As I explained above, Daves post and the facts he lists have no bearing on the events preceding and beginning the physical altercation between the principles. It's irrelevant to the remaining questions.
Classic liberal modus operandi... twist the subject off-topic onto other tangents because they can't defend it.
The events that occurred before the altercation HAVE NO BEARING ON HOW THE ALTERCATION ENDED.
I don't know how that can be made any clearer to you. You refuse to accept this fact. Fine. That's YOUR problem.
Describes libs to perfection.
As I explained up thread to Michi, it has no bearing on the trial because it's unknowable, but I'm not challenging the legal outcome, but inaccurate assumptions and statements by posters who then make invalid points about the event. Admitting we don't actually know with certainty what happened should lead to less judgemental and possibly racist comments by posters. You may have noticed that I have not made disparaging remarks about GZ or anyone else involved in the trial. Maybe not.
Archie Bunker was an uneducated, ignorant caricature of an urban conservative created in the fevered imagination of Norman Lear, a man besotted with white liberal guilt. I am not. If that is the best you, got, junior, you fail - badly.
Not worth your effort to reply on the Archie Bunker post.
Consider the source.....the Eddie Haskell of Too Hot.:laugh::laugh:
Oh just stop it. You either agree with the affirmative defense theory or you don't. There were several occasion where you expressed doubts about exactly that.
Do the Bp's still wear those snazzy beret's....
Yep and they still hate crackers
