    From the article:

    ....
You get the picture — any of those whoppers would qualify. But, of course, Clinton was talking about the broken promise of the moment, the one where Obama vowed that “if you like your health insurance, you can keep it.”
It ranks as one of the biggest presidential lies of modern times, all the more so because Obama repeated it 30 times. The fallout of millions being forced from their policies, an experience exacerbated by the hapless Web site, has created a crisis of confidence so vast, it threatens to swallow the second term.

Something that bothers me a bit with regard to Soetoro and the "public perception" that he was honorable and credible ...... who in America thought that and why? Looking at his run for office in 2008 ..... what did he do to give any American with a dregree of intelligence and common sense cause to think he was honorable and credible?

Who is really surprised that Soetoro is a liar and cretin?

Anyone who did their research and analyzed the candidates could see he was an empty suit. Nobody bothered to ask who is this guy who came out of nowhere and rose to the top after doing absolutely freaking nothing? When something sounds just way too good to be true it's because it isn't true. In this situation things just didn't add up: literally (Obozocare) and figuratively. Anyone with an intelligence could see Obozo was the pawn of a very powerful and rich player or set of players. He isn't the one we should fear; it's whoever controls him and made it possible for him to shoot to the top after accomplishing diddly squat that we should fear.

Unfortunately Obozo played to the weakness of the average American. The average American is a dumb simpleton who can't see past the tip of his nose. Give him a bunch of lines that sound good, promise him a bigger slice of "pie", tell him a bunch of lies like "free health care" and "I will improve the economy", and he's instantly sold because he just doesn't know any better.

For anyone with a shred critical thinking, there was no credibility left to be lost.
