After reading some posts about Champ getting another year after this one due to his 11-2 season last year made me think how long UT kept using the '....but Fulmer won a championship just a few years ago' justification for keeping him. UT made a terrible decision to hang on when it was clear the program was nose diving. I think we are at the 'Fulmer moment' with Muschamp and our program. These are the decisions that are tough but have to be made for the betterment of the program. I hope that when all is said and done, we can end the experiment, call it a failed attempt at finding the next big thing, and find an experienced HBC that is capable of putting together an offense. And one who can close on recruits in the positions of need. There is too much for this to continue and I hate it because I was wrong on this.....I felt he was a great hire and he would be great for us. But I do think that we need to learn from what happened w/Tenn when they stayed too long at the dance and we are this close to doing it and possibly leading UF down the road to a decade of irrelevance just like UT. Just my thoughts.
