The numbers are off the chart, but honestly, I think we had several better quarterbacks. Tim was the greatest offensive force we've ever had, however, and probably the best player I have ever seen live, other than Herschel and Wilber against Southern Cal...

Cam and Johnny Foosball are making a case, however.

    Cam beat Tim's numbers.....Johnny Football beat Cam's.
Love Tim, just stating the facts. And these are SEC stats.

On the Gators, Wuerfell was better. Arguably, Spurrier was better. Yes, the numbers were very good, but the system was what it was. The Hawaii kid, Brennan? is similar. Meyer's system can produce huge numbers at the QB position. It's not fair to compare Tebow's passing stats to a QB playing in a more conventional passing offense. He wasn't making the same kinds of reads and plays. There is a lot of hyperbole surrounding Tebow's time at UF.

Danny on one hand........4 SECC rings with a NC ring on the Thumb, holding a Heisman!

    Hard to beat that.

Well, then, I sure am glad Tim decided to suck at Florida.

Numbers don't tell all the story. Cam has one NC, how many championship's does Johnny have?

More drama queens. No one said Tebow sucked. What's the matter with some of you. Is "suck" the next step below Greatest of All Time?

Huh? There's a joke that the only person ever to hold MJ under 20 a game was Dean Smith. The dude hit the game winner as a frosh in the title game. He was a legend in the making in college. I will completely agree that Tim transcends football because of his overall popularity. MJ was nails in college and the pros.

MJ>Tim and its not even close or in the same discussion.

Tim is a popular athlete, no doubt but let's not get carried away. MJ never had to sign with some Russian or Chinese team. I think it is hokie and hopefully he is doing as an evangelist instead of a money grab.

I see were the CFL has a game tonight on ESPN 2. Is it too late for him to play in that league this year?

No they didn't. I suggest you go back and look at the numbers. Statistically Tebow's 2007 season was better than Cam's 2010 season and JFF's 2012 season.

JFF has the chance to beat Tebow overall obviously, but as of now, if you take their first year starting and their Heisman year, Tebow's year was better.
