Targeting ejections

    Just an observation from yesterday. At one time they put on the TV screen the 3 SEC players ejected yesterday.

    All 3 of their teams lost.

    It's the dumbest rule ever. Period.

    My concern is that some kids will lose interest in football. When you get ejected for playing football the way it's been played for decades, it's got to be demoralizing. It's too easy to go for a big clean hit, but have momentum/gravity/instincts redirect body position to cause a "targeting" type hit. Terrible rule
