At least tell me you live in Boston and are not among the scores of bandwagoners.

I wish they showed a replay of the throw -- from the outfield he almost did a flip trying to throw the ball as hard as he could. Awesome effort -- and what a reward!

Bahahaha right! Probably one that lives in Florida and when Boston winning he has to Boston hat on but when the rays are winning he switches.

Actually I live in Columbus Ga. Have been for the last 27 years. I'm originally from Rhode Island and can remember listening to the Red Sox on the radio with my grandfather back in the 60's. He used to chain smoke Lucky Strikes and curse like a sailor listening to the games. Man those are some good ole memories!!! I became a Gator fan having lived in Jax Florida during the 70's.

He used to chain smoke Lucky Strikes and curse like a sailor at the radio. Funniest thing to watch but great times with a great man.

We moved to Jax Fla in early seventies that how I became a Gator fan.a

For once the Rays get the call to go their way. I'll take it and won't feel sorry one bit for the sox. Rays have spent years getting hosed by the umps in the NY and Boston games.

Just printed out my ticket to see the Rays 9/16. I'll be down in St. Pete on business and happily they are starting a home stand on Monday. Can't wait!

Red Sox mania is manufactured by the networks anyway. They were not nearly as popular as other teams nationally 20 years ago. ESPN has hyped the NY/BOS rivalry so much that Boston has benefited by many anti-Yankee fans jumped on the Sox waggon.

I think the Rays are about to pull away. They will win the East by 5+ games

Looks like we are turning it around. I hope I don't jinx it but it looks like we are going to get a Wild card spot.

Our bullpen looks really good, could be a dangerous playoff team. I heard today that we have the most 1 run or 0 run games in MLB right now. Thats what you need in a series.

Still too early. Texas is just two games out. It wouldn't take much to see it slip away.

The rays have got to take the series from New York, and Toronto would love to be spoilers. Good thing the pitching staff is coming back hot right now, and bats are heating up.

Glad to see they got Tim Beckman playing last couple games, he's a very good young talent that can help this team in the long run if he makes the playoff roster.

Our bullpen just got better too. They just recalled Jesse Crain from the 60 day DL, the All Star reliever we traded for from the White Sox 2 months ago. This bullpen is very deep right now with him back, Rodney, Peralta, McGee...

If they make the 1 game playoff I'm really hoping Maddon goes with the hot hand here, and not statistics and throw Alex Cobb in. What a great young pitcher he has turned out to be, and right now he is so dominant no one can touch him.

Absolutely love it when those young guys beat the crap out of those arrogant, ultra rich Yankees! Last night Rays won 7-0. Now I just saw Longoria (love that guy) and DeJesus get back to back HRs! Rays now up 7-2, bottom of the 6th.

Besides all the Gator stuff, including a Gator flag that I have on it every day of the year, I got a RAYS tag on the front of my car. :)

Well, glad they named the team after me! Just too bad their stadium is in a horrible location, but that's not the Players' fault!
