2nd time in 6 months! I cant use system restore. Start up repair doesn't help after 30 minutes goes into system recovery. With that being my only option, I tried to use the startup discs I made with the original startup but the laptop didn't recognize anything. So I was forced to do a original factory restart and now I have to download almost everything again. This is an HP laptop with windows 7 only 3 years old. I know millions of people stream movies with no problems. I am using Webroot antiviral. Any suggestions? Better antiviral? Use more than 1 antiviral?

Yeah I wonder if you're "streaming movies" from dubious sites.
