My ideal weight is around 200, now I am a stocky guy overall and right now I am at 228 but you wouldn't be able to tell the difference unless I had my shirt off. I think I am going to try and get to 195 because after football I got down from 225 to 205 but I think I want to get a little leaner. I started doing P90X to get back into the shape I want. I've done it before but that was when I was in better shape. All I can say is its intense, I love the pump(Arnold voice). The good thing is that my buddy is doing it with me and that helps with motivation. We are eating better food and are basically only drinking water aside from a protein shake with some glutamine in it after workouts. I'll tell you what, I am excited to get back into shape. I was just putting this out there so that I can update it for myself. I will post my weight on day 30, 60, and 90. I am on day 4 today, yoga. Wish me luck lol.
