I'm not ready to call this season a wash. Call me a sunshine pumper, whatever. Maybe Muschamp, or Pease, or Davis, will be gone next week, or next month, or next year. But just concerning the season at hand, look at where we are now, and where we could be after bowls are over.

On the extreme positive end of the spectrum, winning out, beating our three biggest rivals (including UT), and going to and winning, most likely, the Capital One Bowl (assuming the SECCG is out of reach now - Mizzou has two fewer SEC losses and the head to head over us).

On the negative end, going 5-7, beating only Georgia Southern, missing a bowl, etc...

So the question is, where on that spectrum do we need to land to salvage the season?

Getting to a bowl? Winning a bowl? Beating UGA? Beating FSU? Beating them both? Winning out? Or, is there nothing we can do to salvage the season? Discuss.

I would like to see Muschamp come out and say "sorry, but we are sacrificing the rest of the year to get better for next year. We will be playing all of the younger guys on offense so there won't be any excuses nest year."

Beating F$U, doesn't matter if they are undefeated. Salvaging doesn't mean I'd be happy with the season, but beating the 'noles would at least be a bright spot on an otherwise dismal year.

Obviously winning out would salvage the season but that isn't happening. We are looking squarely at 5-7.

After the few parts of this game I managed to glimpse at the hospital today, let me assure you... this season is a wash. It's done, over, finis'.

I said before this game that "I had faith in the coaches to make the correct changes to improve this offense and make it more efficient", and it was the same I saw from the LSU game... a complete, disorganized mess.

Muschamp is simply too stubborn to change. He coaches and prepares the team like all we have to do is score 6 or 7 points and that's all we need to win. Just a disappointing loss on a really crappy day to boot.

I'm no longer apologizing for Muschamp. Consider me done with that.

FSU is our Superbowl. I'd love to beat UGA as well but that's asking too much. I can stomach another loss to the dawgs but can't stand losing to the semenholes.

There is no salvaging this season. Winning out is a crack pipe dream. No Atlanta=crap year.

The east sucks and yet we cant win it. No excuses. Injuries are part of the game. Ms. State is the only team in the sec that is worst coached than this one.

Wth has happened when 6-6 is acceptable because of beating uga and sow?

    Beat uga!

That being said, if we can't score we can't win. This team will be very fortunate to win another game at all this year.....

Make wholesale changes in the offensive coaching staff. If Muschamp won't do that, a wholesale change in the overall coaching staff.
