As I have said on many occasions, business does not want Obamacare, the majority of Americans do not want it and the legislation and thousands of pages of regulations are incomprehensible.

The fact that Congress has refused to be covered by a law that it passed, that the Teamsters' Union does not want it and is trying to use its political influence to be exempted says all I need to know about govenment involvment in healhcare.

Moreover, the statements that Obama made have turned out to be false. State where the law and the regulations provide that I can keep my own doctor. Has healthcare gotten less expensive? Are full time workers being converted to part time workers?

I don't buy this #38 in the world crap. I challenge anyone on this planet to name 37 countries in which you would rather have surgery or see a doctor.

    I will settle for 10.

#38 in the world. Tell you what, you lefties go get your healthcare from those about us in the rankings. I'm sticking with our docs, our nurses, our med device firms, our healthcare workers, and yes, our insurers.

US has the best healthcare in the world for some, not for everyone....I am not sure what's so hard to understand about it?

Exception is in the tens of millions at the least

Add to that the inflated costs and it's effecting everyone

so let me get this straight 108- you are pleased with how we allowed the need for 30-35 million who did not have health insurance to screw up the 300+ million who did have it-yeah I guess in a liberal mind that works-

It was always about controlling spiraling costs, not insuring the uninsured.

Just wait until they realize that Universal Coverage does not mean Universal Treatment.

The only problem is that fred, the democrats, and the media will somehow blame republicans. It's the normal way. Republicans fight against mindless social spending. Democrats use every dirty trick to get it through. The spending program fails. Democrats blame the Republicans. Repeat.

Spiraling costs are because the quasi government controlled health care we already have is non-nonsensical. So your answer... MORE GOVERNMENT. Just insane.

Not hard to understand at all. What is difficult is why democrats feel the need to screw up what we have for those of us who are pleased, to appease 30 M that either don't want it, can't afford it (even with subsidies) or are clueless.

How is it screwing up the the health insurance for the people who already have it? It's not screwing up mine, so you can subtract 1 person from your 300+ million. Also, your numbers are a little off. Current US population is 314 million. Subtracting 30-35 million from 314 million does not give you '300+ million'.
