So, I have been doing 5/3/1 routines pretty consistently for the past year. I finished up one of my cycles about two weeks ago then took a week off for a small vacation. When I came back I decided to ease my way back into the gym before starting another round of 5/3/1. I dropped the weights and did a bit higher reps on all the same lifts and my hamstrings have not been this sore in forever. I guess that is what you get when you deadlift 225x10.
