Or Kerwin Bell.
Grier is talented and he adjusted to the UA competition much better than I would expect for someone playing his level of HS ball. Kid will be good, no doubt. Whether he does a lot on the field this year is another question.
Yes, observers up here opined that competition level was neither here not there, that he was a natural.
driskel has yet to play a season where he hasn't gotten hurt....man down-man up..someone needs to be ready and it won't be skyler.
I hope this year will be different, but I agree. Grier and Harris both need to get ready to play.
Well after spending about 55 minutes setting up the play action in the GSU game, we finally did one and he threw a nice ball over the top while getting hit, probably about 40 yards in the air.

RT @CJonesScout: More Roper on Driskel: "He has command of the football. That's tough to teach -- you either have it or you don't."

This is going to make some people very unhappy, all this positive talk about Driskel.
Ten yards would have usually been an overthrow in last years offense.
Just sounds like sunshine pumping... doesn't make me unhappy, it's expected from our OC.
It's looking like Grier and Harris are busts.
Who needs qb's just run it up the middle. O we did that ...
Grier is now the #2 quarterback.
You know, if you don't show up by the fourth college practice in pads well...
It's already begun :
"@ZachAbolverdi: Will Grier opens second drive as No. 2 QB. First time that's happened this spring."
Guess he won't wash out before the spring game.
