Grimm came across as a punk and a bully. Absolutely nothing admirable about what he did. The reporter asked him a question, Grimm wouldn't answer, so the reporter turned to the camera and said "Grimm wouldn't answer."
But Grimm came back and initiated the confrontation.
    punk and a bully.

    Indictment was unsealed today.

Relates primarily to an alleged scheme to systematically pay workers at the restaurant he was part owner of at least half their wages in cash under the table, and conceal the existence of other employees entirely, that resulted in systematic underpayment of federal employment taxes, federal income taxes, New York sales tax, and the procurement of a worker's compensation insurance policy on the basis of materially false information. Allegedly he maintained two sets of books, one that showed the wages and business income that he was providing to his accountant and payroll company, and another that shows the actual amounts paid.

    (2) conspiracy to defraud the United States
    (3) - (5) aiding and assisting in the preparation of false and fraudulent tax returns (years 2008-2010, one count for each year)
    (6) health care fraud (obtaining workers comp insurance on the basis of materially false information)
    (7) - (11) wire fraud for a series of electronic communications intended to defraud the State of New York of sales tax
    (12) - (14) mail fraud for mailing three materially false sales tax filings within the EDNY intended to defraud the State of New York of sales tax
    (15) - (16) mail fraud for mailing two materially false sales tax filings within the SDNY intended to defraud the State of New York of sales tax
    (17) - (18) perjury for making materially false declarations intended to conceal the scheme during a deposition in a federal civil suit brought by employees alleging that he failed to pay minimum wage
    (19) obstruction of an official proceeding relating to the same civil suit
    (20) unlawful employment of aliens for knowingly employing aliens who were not lawfully admitted to the United States and not authorized to be employed in the United States.

Of course not. But the mindset hasnt changed in those 20 years. If Obama did it, the Dems would come running with their little box of excuses. I already clearly stated my feelings about the current situation.
