    http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2013/10/11/administration-accused-burying-obamacare-changes-as-another-deadline-moves/

The Obama administration is being accused of "burying" key changes to the federal health care overhaul, as discontent grows about the roll-out of the law.

The latest surprise came this week, when the Associated Press reported that individuals will have to obtain insurance coverage by mid-February in order to avoid an IRS penalty.

That's six weeks earlier than the March 31 deadline that previously was cited.

Your grammar aside because this was hard to read, the President is not supposed to unilaterally change law making exceptions for different groups. No, that is not supposed to be his luxury.

Not strange at all. Not everyone would necessarily want something that drastic to happen to Hussein--just that he be removed from office by whatever means it takes. Take his royal, vacationing, mooching family with him and LEAVE. Doesn't matter how really--whether by....impeachment....the country finally having enough of the POS and send him packing....him having a wake-up call so to speak and resigning on his own accord due to guilt of whatever....or being forced to resign in complete and utter disgrace for scandal after scandal finally catching up to him. Could be a number of reasons besides what verse 9 implies.

Just as long as we can get rid of him and for him to NEVER be seen or heard from again is how the country would benefit the most.

From reading the article this doesn't appear to be a change in the deadline, just people realizing what they actually need to do in order to meet that deadline.

The deadline is still March 31st, but since coverage starts at the beginning of the month after you get your paperwork finished, you have to get the paperwork started a couple of weeks before March 1st.

Unless I read that wrong, could you quote where this is a change to the law?

You're absolutely correct. What the article stated was that in order to comply with the March 31st coverage deadline it would be necessary to apply in February.
