Yeah. You all gave up 37 points and 200+ yards passing to us last year. If anything screams out for an improvement, it's that.

Louisiana DE Davon Godchaux committed to LSU we had a shot before LSU offered. They also just got a commit from all purpose back Sione Palelei. Their class is going to be ridiculous if they get everyone they are suppose to.

    UPDATE

Godchaux doesn't want to be listed as a commit and will announce in December. I guess he gave a silent commit but if he is going to continue to visit schools there is always a chance he changes his mind

    Good...
I am personally very glad that LSU is having a knockout year in recruiting.
Just gives them a better shot at beating the Bammys... or at least, doing some damage to them physically before we get a shot at them in the SECCG.

Or... shall we say, both LSU and the Pacyderms both beat each other up...
Whoever comes out the winner will have slugged it out and will still have to face us in the SECCG.

    Georgia? Whose Georgia??

That LSU recruiting class is turning into something that can be quite impressive. Its still early and FNL is right around the corner, so we can still close well. It looks like we are going to have to fight till the end with several prospects tho.

    Yes... you are correct...
But I rather have LSU gain momentum in recruiting than to have Alabama playing King Kong and CONTINUE just sweeping up whomever they want.

Some more parity in the Western Division is always a good thing.

Now the Pachyderms have to play ball with not only LSU but Texas AM too.
    I am loving it...
Nothing better than seeing Texas AM beating the Holy Tidesters at their Sanctuary in Tuscaloosa.

I don't know...Raz... I just get this real warm and fuzzy feeling knowing that there are over 80,000 Harvey Updyke fans driving home in a pissed off mood....

Just like the time those Poison Oakers lost to those slow, white Mormon boys from the University of Utah in that bowl over in Texas a few years back...
Actually, that was... in over 50 years of watching football... one of the most enjoyable college games that I ever witnessed. Saban did not know WHAT to think during and after that game.
    You gotta love it.

We have the hardest cross division rival because LSU is getting good football players. I would rather they go to Bama than LSU. This LSU class is going to be hard to beat in a few year even with UF killing it on the recruiting trail. I am all for parity but I would like for it to be some other teams getting the players besides LSU. I am hoping that a few of these kids turn down LSU.

I think we are out recruiting Bama as it is right now. If you are bored one day watch the highlights of these kids in Louisianan all of those kids at the same school is scary.

I actually won't worry until I see LSU get a better QB than Will Grier.

Florida is going to be extremely strong on Defense under Muschamp. And when you add a great QB with the weapons we're lining up, no team scares me.

Sure, we'll get beat once in a while. But I'll have no fear going to battle with Grier and a great, Muschamp coached D.

They got two pretty good QB's lat year and they are going to get Brandon Harris this year. Out of those three one of them will be good enough to win with the players around them especially if they get the once in a decade back and all of those elite WR's. I am not saying they are going to be an unstoppable football team but that is going to be an incredibly hard football game every year.

Is there any commitment UT won't accept? Are they planning on a class of 50 this year?

30-31 is what I have seen. Also, we have more 4* than UF (9 to 6), and the same number of 2* as UF (1). Which is funny because GATORAZ just thought it was hilarious when we took that one.

I really hope your not trying to compare our classes with Tennessee having way more commits right now. U say three more 4* but u have ten more commits. Lets compare on NSD even if u do reach 30 commits. I will admit that y'all are doing better than I would have guessed though. Cyontai is only a two star on rivals and a 3 virtually everywhere else
