Do any season ticket holders know the booster $ level that was required to get season tickets for the 2013 season? I'm curious what to expect next year for new boosters.

I think it was a $250 per seat contribution (in addition to the face value of the tickets) this year if you just wanted some seats and didn't care where. It's been the UAA-set booster minimum levels for a while now if I'm not mistaken, and since they're the UAA set minimums I would expect that to be the case again next year.

Anyone care to chime in on the way to obtain season tickets for minimum cost?

If the current coach is retained you wont need season tickets next year. You wil be able to pick up all you need online each week at a fraction of the cost.

Look at the per seat minimums on the website. That should get you tix right now.

You donate that amount and buy the tix at face value.

Even during the Tebow days I generally paid face value on gameday, outside of BHG. Unless you want the same seat every week, I would never buy season tix. You can attend every game, for much cheaper.

This dazzling post was sent via my Samsung Galaxy Tablet using jet packs custom built for Gator Country.

That has been enough to get you seats for a number of years now, certainly will be next year as well.

Thanks. Where do you find the face value price for tickets for 2013 or 2014?

Yep and you can skip the western Carolina type games. Or at least skip paying the hundreds of dollars per ticket to it and just buy one for ten cents outside the stadium

It's $50 per seat per game that's printed on the ticket (although looking at my invoice for this year looks like they charged them to season ticket holders at $40 per game).

Should work out to right around $1,000 per year for a pair in decent, but not great seats next year. A little more if you're donating the minimum for a better area.

i dont understand the need to purchase season tickets. Never had a problem buying tickets outside the stadium on game day. Even if you paid slightly above face value for the big games you'll still end up ahead.

You can unquestionably get to games cheaper without buying season tickets. My goal in buying tickets isn't "see games as cheaply as possible" though; I have no problem paying a premium to have my money support UF athletics, both football and non-revenue sports.

Some of us actually prefer to support the athletic department. I believe our current booster contribution is $1100-1200 (donation), and allows us to maintain our pair of tickets on the west stands 30yd line, plus the game in Jax.

I'm actually thinking of calling the ticket office this year to see what it would take to slide towards midfield. God knows there will be availability after this season.

I'll likely be upping my contribution to move into better seats next year as well. Have no problem with what the money goes towards, and might as well take advantage of the opportunity to lock better seats down while they're open.
