When you start with a blatant ad hominem...nothing else you write should be treated seriously.

    But I will anyway.

For a relationship to be causal, one must be able to rule out spurious correlations. The Forbes article is quite deceitful in various ways but especially in treating correlation as causation.

Although seeming cliched, it is nonetheless true, correlation is not causation." Increases happened when max tax rate was increased. Increases occurred post recessions.

You can't ignore these other factors but then claim it was your preferred reason but not the others.

Note this is as a % of GDP which KILLS this argument. It would be much easier to say Reagan increased tax revenues via massive deficit spending & 11 massive tax increases. If the increased tax revenue was in fact due to decreases in tax rates, you'd have to see a drop in tax revenue as a % of GDP (smaller slice of a bigger pie).

Mutz is right and not muddying the waters. Correlation does not equal causation. Since the 1880s the global population of pirates have decreased. In that time global temperatures have increased. Does that mean that pirates prevent global warming?

You may possibly be right. However, you don't really know how getting all of those super delegates early on affected the momentum at the beginning of the Sander's campaign. By the end he was kicking her arse.

Super delegates = Democrat elites. How appropriate a name. They do consider themselves superior.
