Waiting to see the list of credentials that you possess that make you anymore trustworthy on the subject than the guys getting paid to actually make the decisions.

Whats silly is that your post makes no sense.
Jimbo played EJ ahead of Winston.
    JD outplayed EJ.

OK,I believe JD would be even better if he played at FSU than Jameis.....In HS his specialty was scrambling and throwing passes deep down the field after everything had broke down and he is a better runner than JW. JW also has better WR's and a TE who can actually CATCH a football....
I do agree wholeheartedly about the freshmen on offense though....

Why do this? Do gators just troll one another on our own boards now?

hasn't Coach Muschamp played plenty of freshmen when they have been able to contribute?

Do these names ring a bell to you?

    Vernon Hargeaves
    Dante Fowler
    Antonio Morrison
    Roberson
    Humphreys
    Fulwood

Now its no longer enough to complain about actual on the field decisions, do you have to make up hypothetical decisions (would CWM start Driskel over Winston)? to just complain and whine?

    Do you like feeling miserable?

If you do fine, but keep it to yourself, sad sacks like you are bringing this board down.

That's fair, but wouldn't common sense also say something is wrong with what the coaches are doing if this is the best offense they can produce at this point. Maybe they are not the best judges of gameday talent, maybe the things they emphasize on offense don't work, maybe they look for deficiencies in young players as not being ready, when those deficiencies are also in upperclassman with less overall talent. Who knows, all I see the continuation of a boring, stagnant offense that makes most games against lesser teams a nail bitter in the 4th qtr. How many more years do we have to get more excited to see the defense on the field than the offense.

    true that.

Coaches are doing their best to get the most out of the players on the roster, no one questions that Jeff Driskel is our best QB. Is he perfect? Obviously, far from it, but he's the best we have.

But now our rival has a shiny new QB and too many Gator fans have a serious case of outright envy and panty rash.

Well, if your entire premise is that the offense isn't as good as we would all like it to be, you have a very strange way of saying it.

But anyway, I do see a lot of improvement in this offense over the previous two years. Yes, it sucks we turned the ball over against Miami. But look, if we fix the turnovers, then what's so terrible about our offense this year? Last year, in 13 games, we only got 400 yards ONCE. This year, in just 2 games, we got 400 yards TWICE. Is that or is that not a vast improvement? Fix the turnovers and this offense is fine. What any of this has to do with f$u's QB vs Driskel, I still have no idea.

I'm not comparing Driskel to Winston, only the fact that Winston is talented and young and is getting the chance to play. We play many merely serviceable players on offense, all I'm saying is lets see if the younger guys can add a spark.

Winston is starting because he earned the job. The staff sees the younger guys in practice everyday. What redshirt freshmen or sophomore should be playing more since that is what Winston is?

Winston didn't play at all his true frosh year. Driskel did. So your conclusion that our coaches don't play the younger guys, but Jimbo does, is completely backward to the actual facts.

If our younger guys can provide a spark to the offense, they'd play. I mean, Muschamp has played a ton of true freshmen in his short time here, so I'm really not sure what your point is.

Would that be primarily on defense? That's all WM seems concerned with. We will not pitch shut outs every game much to the chagrin of WM.

No. Thats what your saying NOW. What you WERE saying is that our coach would not start a phenom based on his age...which is ludicrous.

Had you posted this at the start, no one would be on your back.
