this will end up in the white house before this is all over

Holly Paz, who until recently was a top deputy in the division that handles applications for tax-exempt status, told congressional investigators she reviewed 20 to 30 applications. Her assertion contradicts initial claims by the agency that a small group of agents working in an office in Cincinnati were solely responsible for mishandling the applications.

    Wow. From the AP article:

Instead, Paz described an agency in which IRS supervisors in Washington worked closely with agents in the field but didn't fully understand what those agents were doing. Paz said agents in Cincinnati openly talked about handling "tea party" cases, but she thought the term was merely shorthand for all applications from groups that were politically active — conservative and liberal.
Paz said dozens of tea party applications sat untouched for more than a year while field agents waited for guidance from Washington on how to handle them. At the time, she said, Washington officials thought the agents in Cincinnati were processing the cases.

I'm sorry...I'm just a conservative Christian that really doesn't understand the big fancy goings on in Washington DC. Can someone clarify:
How they "worked closely" but "didn't fully understand what they were doing"?
How, given they worked closely, things are left to sit for one year while the agents waited for "guidance" from DC?
Again, they worked closely but DC thought the agents were handling things and the agents were waiting for DC to give them guidance. Wow, if this is "working closely" I cannot wait for the service we will get from ACA. This IRS deal is one big cluster and with folks like Ms. Paz, who is either incompetent or a lousy liar, this will not settle down quietly.

The IRS commissioner going to the white house 157 times in two years will get found out as to the real reason why he made that many trips there. It's just common sense, they don't have that many egg rolls.

So you are going with they thought "tea party" was just short hand for all political applications, conservative or liberal?

If the IRS commissioner was a hot chick and the POTUS was Clinton, then 157 times sounds about right.

There will be NO EVIDENCE that 0bamao ordered, ok'd, etc this harassment. That is how tyrants at the top operate.

They simply engender this type of behavior.
