    can we please eliminate that from our punting. It sucked in 2011 and it was even worse against Arkansas

    Wait a minute we can catch our own punts... say if the other team leaves no punt returner in the backfield and we catch the punt in the air?

    He was still behind the line of scrimmage when he caught the ball. It seems like throwing there would be more accurate, but then again, if the defense sees the arm go back, they are headed to the receiver, if they see it get kicked, they are looking to block someone. Not a low risk play, so I don't expect we will ever see it.
