Rich was a good man at his core. He was a loving father of two sons who are each special in their own way, a hard worker, a good husband and he loved his gators. The world is not a better place without him in it. Thank you Richard for teaching me something about the value of humility and patience and helping me refocus on what is really important in my life.

if the game goes bad tomorrow or you are running late or feeling frustrated with something tomorrow realize that there are two young men, one with down's syndrome, who are facing the first Saturday of their young lives without their father in it. not sure why I am posting this other than to let you know that we lost a good man Tuesday. sorry to be a bummer, just still having a hard time processing the sudden, unexpected death of a co-worker who gave a lot more than he ever took. Raise a toast to My. Kennedy tomorrow, he deserves it.

Thank you for a heartfelt post of rememberance. I'm sure Mr. Kennedy would have appreciated it, especially when he influenced so many and left a positive mark on the world. Most of us would be satisfied to be remembered so fondly.

Richard's oldest son won his class in his high school cross-country meet today. Beat out runners from 43 other schools for first. His dad would have been so proud.

very proud of my daughter for finishing in 2nd in only her 3rd ever 5k cross country event in such a large, competetive event but watching Josh finish in first 4 days after losing his dad caused a little awesome to leak out.
