Like I said in another thread, they'll call George Blanda (yes, I know he's dead) before they call Tebow. "This League"TM has spoken.

So they'd rather call a 44 year old grandfather before Tim. Sigh...

Tebow just isn't good enough to get a shot. I thought he looked decent his rookie year, but he has regressed badly. He deserved to be cut with that preseason showing.

That team is mighty desperate to stoop that low to possibly bring in someone that old.

If I'm not mistaken he played for 7 or 8 different NFL teams. He's close in age to Brett but I believe Jeff is older by a few years.

Favre is 44, George 45. But it was in jest.

I'd take a 50 year old Favre over Tebow Sunday0if my job depended on it. I love Tim, but as a business owner, its a no brainer.

As a business owner, I'm at a loss why the Jags never called him. Their attendance is awful; they can't even lure in fans with the promise of free beer. And it's not like their on-field performance could get any worse.

They'll never let it go. From here until the end of time, whenever a starting QB goes down and another vet gets signed, they'll be lashing out, wondering why it wasn't Tebow.
