    She was a supervisor who had supervised some African Americans and it seems it was based on the hostility such racist talk created in the work environment.

    This will make the racists happy though.

    No, it's just that being white, won't allow you to make a case that you've been damaged because the defendant is allegedly racist vs blacks.

    Looks like no one is the winner here.

    Scumbag plaintiff failed in her attempt to extort $$ from Paula, and Paula was too honest in her deposition which cost her $$ when her sponsors got scared and ran for cover.

    Too bad for Paula that the order didn't come down before her depo...

    Although I did enjoy this quotation from the Order: The judge added that to allow Jackson to seek legal recourse for discrimination directed toward other workers "would serve to conscript federal courts as human resource departments that are responsible for imposing and monitoring a federally created standard for harmony in the workplace."
