My pick is Les Miles. I think it will trickle down to him.
if miles didn't leave for michigan, his alma mater; then i doubt he leaves for texas.
I think Saban to Texas is their best shot at not letting TAMU pass them by. I would love for them to take Fischer because even though I think he is a bad coach, a coaching change @ FSU would be nice and I don't think he would do anything significant at Texas.
Is Muschamp still the HCIW there?
Kiffen and Kiffen. Since diddy has not gotten Dallas in last place on D yardage in the NFL, he may need a job nearby.
M Kiffen's defense sure looks very pedestrian without Warren Sapp, Derrick Brooks, John Lynch and Ronde Barber.

Saban or Fisher.
Not Saban. Not Fisher.
I think the fisher thing would at least be the most entertaining. they would have to announce it before january 6th right? Would jimbo still coach the game and would fsu let him? I know it's slight different but look how crappy they played when richt had one foot out the door. If not it would be pretty interesting to watch the game with both head coaches possibly heading to texas after the game. Also who would fsu go after, Kirby?
Urban Meyer. UT folks would supply him with a good steak or prime rib dinner after a loss instead of Papa John's pizza at Ohio State.
I realize the shine is off, but WHAT IF they did hire Boom? Let's say their first 3 prospects decline?

If it means a NC title, FSU would do what ever it takes, on or off the field. They've already demonstrated that.
Did I miss something? Did they fire Mac Brown?
I think Miles has it good at LSU and he knows it. Doesn't he have a contract to be the highest paid coach in the SEC or something similar. Just don't see him leaving when he recruits so well at LSU every year.
Any chance Texas goes after Sumlin if they can't get Saban ?
If Texas are going to take care of Saban's bad investments, as rumored in another thread, then I bet Saban leaves Bama.
I forgot about Miles' contract, I know that clause was in there and has been used but I can't imagine it being an indefinite thing.
I'm pretty sure Sumlin's new contract makes it next to impossible for him to leave. Texas has the money for the buyout but is he really worth the gigantic buyout plus the huge salary you'd have to throw at him? I could also see that as a pride thing for texas, not wanting A&M's coach.
