I think it's just a subtle way of asking people to be discreet when they bring their guns into Starbucks, i.e. carry concealed. Nobody at Starbucks gets upset about the gun you're carrying if they don't know you're carrying it.
Don't worry though, the open carry crowd will keep pushing the issue until Starbucks takes an actual stand and finally decides to ban guns outright.
He should put out a sign that says "rob Starbucks we are unarmed".
My ex-neighbor. He wore openly when taking out the trash (I do not live where polar bears are a threat). Hell, he wore openly in the house. But maybe that was because of his wife, who was a threat.
He was a cop. And this was off-duty, of course.
It was pretty weird. We moved.
One who stops to get a cup of coffee while on his way to work? Perhaps?
Or, one who's unemployed and has nothing else to do during the day but take his SNAP and buy overpriced coffee? Perhaps?
