Nothing surprising, but thanks for the news.

I thought it was 3 games for DFS and Harris not indefinite. If we are out all 4 then we will have problems.

I never saw anything official, although I didn't look too hard.

I kept hearing his name but it was strictly rumors, not like with DFS and Harris where it seemed to be a sure thing from actual sources.

Hardly a good thing that Finnney-Smith and Harris get their first action here on the road at Wisconsin, but at least they will be available and Prather will be in full swing. Any word yet on Yeguete or Carter? I hadn't seen anything this week on their health and progress.

Looks like we at least have a decent frontcourt complement for Wisconsin, with Young, Harris, Prather, Finney-Smith, D. Walker, and likely Yeguete (as of last week). Backcourt looks like Hill and Graham, with nothing much behind them right now. The Sun reported that Walker may start at the two, but that seems to assume Graham is out.

About 75%...they will try and play him a few minutes tomorrow if possible, but he may well sit until game 1 next Friday

I was being facetious about their style of play, of course.

The decision to play in the exhibition is Will's. He is leaning towards not playing as he doesn't feel his knee is ready yet. Still questionable for regular season opener and beyond.

Didn't Carter play some against Georgia Tech. I've heard a rumor that his leg is fully healed but he is out of shape and he is not very well coordinated with the team yet.

But, assuming the worst, with Wilbekin, Yeguete, Harris, Finney-Smith, Frazier and Carter not playing against UNF and Wisconsin, that means an inside game of Young and Prather, with Walker starting at small forward, Graham at the 2 guard, Hill at the point, with Billy Jr and Kurtz in reserve.

Wow, how suspensions, injuries and non eligibility (C. Walker) can thin down what should ultimately be a really, really deep team.

Heck, with that few players, UNF might even be something of a test, although that isn't very likely.

I am just stoked that Prather is not going to miss time. After the concussions last year he got off to a slow start. I'm hoping he really takes off this year.

I will not be surprised at all if we lose to North Florida.
