Excuse me for tooting my own horn but today was a good day. Back in April I decided I was going to lose 100 lbs before I retire 5 years from April 1st. Somehow in 7 months I am halfway there. On April 8th my personal doctor had me at 267lbs, on April 25th my Cardioligist weighed me in at 272lbs so I don't know exactly what my maximum weight was but this morning I weighed in at 215. I'm not sure if 170 is a realistic goal because in high school I wrestled in the 167lb weight class and I was pretty lean at the time, but that's my goal.
