Well, looking at that picture, my guess is you're already two up on her. That must be a fun back and forth.

I do. And I think OSU can as well (especially if Meyer - ironically - gets to play the underdog role). IMO, F$U has yet to play a team that hits them in the mouth and OSU will be primed, thanks to Urbs, for this game. Auburn is SEC, so nuff said.

Sure. We just differ on that decision. My dad is a Nole, but spent many days taking me to The Swamp. We still go often together to this day. I'm going to the ACC championship game with him next week. Some things are bigger than rivalry. Next year we plan on taking my little boy to The Swamp for the first time (Nole Granddad in tow).

I root against UGA ant Tennessee much harder than I do against FSU...for the reason stated.

Go Buckeyes (Urban did win us two NCs and they're not FSU)

hmmm to be shot or hanged? push come to shove I suppose I'd rather see the bucknuts than the noles. Everyone will be singing ding dong the witch is dead, then the sec will go on another run of titles...(hopefully to include UF)

if you live if florida it should be obvious that you want ohio state to win this game. noles fan are obnoxious, its been bad enough this year, seeing fsu bcs national title shirts and hats for the next year is a sickening thought

First, I would pull for a meteor to hit the stadium, wiping out both teams and their fan bases.

Second, I lived in Tallahassee for ten years... That experience cemented my eternal disdain for all things FSU. If the University of HELL was playing fsu, I'd be pulling for satan.

Yeah, with our son Asher, he wore both UF and OSU stuff for a while, 'til I said I simply could NOT do it anymore. He's been all Gator since. Our girl Ruby is actually wearing a Buckeye Hello Kitty shirt in my picture...but she's moving from the Dark Side slowly. We just had our third three weeks ago...so my wife can always hope for that one.

Well you simply can't state this as fact. I agree with the $hit sandwich metaphor. And I don't harbor any "weird ex-girlfriend" animosity toward Urban. There are plenty of reasons to dislike OSU and it all comes down to each fan's personal feelings. My feelings are that this season, this potential NC matchup, and this thread all make me feel sick. It's like having a bad dream, but you can't wake up. I'm not issuing any manifesto, but am leaning toward taking a break from Swampgas, just to let some of the ill feeling wash away.

How about a power failure like at the Super Bowl, only they never get it fixed? The game is rescheduled, but the only available time is 10 a.m. on a Wednesday. FSU wins the game in front of 80 spectators, mostly winos and gang members, with Pam Ward calling the action. By the time they play the game, all the best players have signed with agents, which is discovered immediately afterward. FSU, who won the game, has to vacate the win and the championship, while the loss stays on pOSU's record as Urban Meyer's first loss there.

I hate hate hate Ahia State. That was before Urban. I hate them even more now.

But, I hate FSU more. So either way sux.

I do not think Auburn beats FSU. I think Missouri is the more physically dominant traditional type SEC team with a high powered offense with big receivers. FSU could not handle our DL during the first half until we tired out. FSU and JW crashes and burns against a good deep SEC quality team. IMO, of the top 5, Missouri and Bama are the only teams that can beat FSU.
So, Go Mizzou and Go Michigan State Spartans. 8 in a row for the SEC.

If you think Bama barely won that game, you did not see the game. Bama dominated the LOS. Texas made a late rally after it was over.

His was a expected response from a fanbase that thinks that they beat us if Ted Ginn doesn't get hurt too

Tedd Ginn must play defense and offensive line if he was the missing ingredient.

This is in stark contrast to whoever that goober was who came in for McCoy and single-handedly lost the game for Texas by turning the ball over multiple times in the first half, resulting in an insurmountable lead for Bama.

OSU took out ASU for us in the 1997 Rose Bowl.

I think we owe them one.

    Well, damn.
I guess if it's OSU v FSU I will have an easier time rooting for OSU thinking of that...
