"That's total (B.S.) that he threw the ball at the end of the game like he did,'' Aliotti said, referring to Leach. "And you can print that and you can send it to him, and he can comment, too. I think it's low class and it's (B.S.) to throw the ball when the game is completely over against our kids that are basically our scout team."

His team was winning. If you want to stop them for goodness sake put your starters back in. How many times has Oregon run up the score. This is a complete joke coming from them.

But keep beating the crap out of everyone you play Oregon please!

Agree. I was stunned to read these comments from the Oregon coach. What did he want, Washington State to "roll over and play dead" once they fell behind? Did he consider it a sign of "disrespect" that they didn't simply "accept defeat" and make no attempt whatsoever to get back in the game, or at least make the final score more respectable? What an arrogant sonofabitch!

I hope he sends out an apology. If not, he's an arrogant POS. I really hope someone beats them now.

It is kind of weird though. What was Washington State supposed to do, run the ball? Don't they throw the ball like 95% of the time?

And let FSU move into the #2 spot? No way. He can say whatever he wants as long as he keeps Oregon #2.

Oregon should enjoy the run. At some time in the future, they won't be great or even good and payback will be a bitch.

Nebraska was consistently good for 20 years. Washington and Colorado used to be powerhouses. Oregon will not be good forever.

As bad as I hate to, I must agree with this. But Oregon is one of my most hated teams - and part of it is personal, from time spent there. This jackass is just worried about his stats, and any bonus that might be tied to them - or his ability to pound his chest at his expected HBC job interview. Screw him. You go, Coach Leach!

    Disagree on Aliotti.

I'm not sure why Aliotti made those comments. He's been a class act, isn't worried about his stats and certainly isn't looking to be a HBC. Not sure about any bonus. I'll be curious to see if he apologizes or what.

That's what I was thinking. Screw Oregon's coach you play to score points not to sit down and play dead.

If you score 50 plus points against your opponents, you have no right to comment about the score. The other team is trying to get better and evaluate talent in a game time situation. They are not like Muschamp and running every play in the second half and not working on their pass plays and blocking. You see where a lack of practice in game time has gotten the Gators.

Of course it wasn't low class by Leach.
But it certainly was dumb by Aliotti.

Now all it has done is stir up college football fans to root against his team, the Oregon Ducks. Comments on this thread pretty much proves that. The Quack Attack is doing great this Fall! He should have had his attention focused on his remaining games. Washington State and their coach should be irrelevant to Aliotti!

Maybe he is upset that the point differential of his game will not help his BCS ranking and that FSU will pass them???

Well, maybe that was it. The BCS Standings had the Top 3 as:

    1. Alabama 7-0

    2. FSU 6-0

    3. Oregon 7-0
