Wow...I never got the Memo from Gator Country that we lost our freedom of thought.
Is it your southern upbringing that forbids such discussion on a college football board?
Maybe GC sent that message to my twin brother in Beijing and failed to tell me about it.
Are you worried about a tough man like Will Muschamp being offended by the truth?

You never got the memo that you aren't allowed to attack players and coaches? Or nobody ever taught you how annoying it is for a grown man to act childish all the damn time? I may disagree or even argue with some, but what you do is very stupid and very immature. You don't discuss anything. You make your typical comments, normally an attempt at humor(which you fail at miserably) at OUR coach's expense, and you are going to try and pass that off as discussion? Maybe you need some southern upbringing; or an education. Like someone else said your act is very old!

Don't forget, freedom of thought doesn't shield you from freedom of reaction! The bottom quote should be something you carry around in your wallet!

"Better to Remain Silent and Be Thought a Fool than to Speak and Remove All Doubt"

    #5 Florida Gators 49 - #8 Georgia Bulldogs 10

The kicker? Calling timeouts as we marched down the field to score again, because we "wanted to make sure we win."

Or YOUR interpretation of the truth? Don't confuse your opinion with "the truth," because you and I have no clue about everything that goes on.

    I only present the facts.
Your reaction to them is another story.

Which of my coaching 'attacks' were out of line? :
We were favored by 31 points against Louisiana
yet gave up 32 or that Boom has a 22-16 record?

BTW, what 'expense' is our coach paying for such attacks?

52-20 will be hard to beat. We had been 2-5-1 against the Noles since 1990 and were coming off that particularly stinging defeat in Doak with all the late hits and what not. It felt so good that night in New Orleans to just come out and smash them en route to our first national title. The nation already knew Spurrier had built something special in Gainesville prior to that night, but now we were officially champions.

41-14 is up there too, though. What was fun about that one was how no one gave us a chance. They had already crowned Ohio St as one of the all time great teams and then they ran the opening kickoff back for a TD. Buckeye fans were delirious, Herbstreit was jumping up and down on the sidelines, and Gator fans were probably thinking "Uh, is this going to be Nebraska Part II?" Not so fast my friend. Leak calmly drove us down to tie it up and then we settled in and completely dominated them. The looks on the Ohio people's faces were priceless as their dream season crumbled before them.

My favorite score is the last time we won a game. It's been so long I'm not sure I remember.

Easily 52-20. Was there. Huge second half, up 23-17 at half, f$u makes FG to cut it to 23-20. Rest is history.

f$u claimed players had "food poisoning". I think they were cocky and were out drinking.

    Great list. I'd add...

27-0. Gators over mutts. 1984. Goal line stand. Bell to Nattiel. Signature beatdown in our first SEC Champioship season... even if it was retroactively taken away.

18-17. Gators over Auburn. 1986. Greatest comeback victory.

    52-20, 37-26, and 32-29 over the 1851s

Also, in 1994, 31-0 over the hillbillies.

All of the NC games are great but 52-20 is the best ever. Nothing compares to that first championship and winning it over the anoles just made it that much sweeter.

And it shouldn't have even been 20 - 13, it should have been 20 - 6 considering fsu WR Chauncey Stovall pushed off our DB Vernon brown for fsu's only Td of the night.

Good call. I remember losing it on that play. Didn't remember who was involved though.

I said in the other thread that I don't like to give Georgia credit for anything, but I'll give them credit here. 52-20 is the obvious answer and everything else is an honorable mention, and for my honorable mention...

    1994: 52-14
    1995: 52-17
    1996: 47-7

These three games were the epitome of domination within the series. The only time in the series that a 3-game victor broke 150 points in total. We beat them here, we beat them there, and we beat them when we returned to Jacksonville (if there's any reason for you non-Jags fans to appreciate Jacksonville getting a franchise, this is it!). It capped off the only 7-year stretch in the series where one team beat the other 7 times.

As we were walking back to the car on East Duval Street, we hear some old school loud-mouthed GATOR fan randomly shout out "90!" (no idea what he's yelling about). Then he yells out "91!" and GATOR fans quickly picked up on the message and joined along with him. "92!" As we got closer to the current year, more and more GATOR fans were joining in, it was beautiful. The chant was around even through the Zook years, and about all you heard from Georgia fans was "What about 97!?"

Georgia still sucks, and we're going to remind 'em of that this year.

    Go GATORS!

First post in thread renders rest of thread unnecessary. 52-20 is THE SCORE OF SCORES.

I remember that now! Obvious offensive PI non call.....and that was a year after the swindle.

Anytime one of those liver-lipped, jerkwads says something about how their program came into it's own faster than ours or any such non sense, "52-20" has always worked, for me at least, in shutting their trap.

49-10, 2008 vs UGA. The year after the "stomp." I enjoyed the late UGA touchdown when none of their fans was there and the UF side began cheering. I also enjoyed the timeout.
