Or maybe the sound of wet grass scared it away.
I don't think anybody has suggested that his mouth and nose were covered right before the shot.
Yes. I'm sure you'll hear it mentioned during closing statements.
I totally agree, she should respect our justice/court system and not tell lies when she is under oath.
yes it was...along with the videotape of zimmerman going through the whole activity of that day...It's pretty interesting...you should watch it if you haven't.
Well, I'm more interested in whether the account has any bearing on the trial; unless it was testified to or the tape admitted so the jury would see it, it's ultimately irrelevant to the proceedings.
I have no doubt that Mrs. Martin sincerely believes at this point that she hears her son's voice. But her identification, as emotionally compromised as it very well might be, isn't going to matter more from the standpoint of "beyond a reasonable doubt" than the actual voice analyst saying that it could be either of them.
yes the videotape was admitted into evidence...you should watch it...it explains his whole story one day later...
Well, it wouldn't be mentioned in closing if it wasn't admitted at trial.
this is one of the reenactment tapes, no idea if it is the one in court.
What are you talking about? Never mind...you're just blabbering a bunch of nonsense.
Talkin 'bout Sabrina telling lies on the stand. She be guilty of perjury, man.
Mich...the initial interview was entered.
This is the one thing I don't understand:
It is clear that GZ is not one of the sharpest knives in the drawer. He couldn't even get into a police academy, which is saying something based off some of the Marines I know who became cops and the way they talk about who ends up at the academy. Both sides agree that they don't think GZ is very bright.
So how did this person come up with a story in a very short period of time, under a great deal of stress, that so far matches up with all the evidence and witness accounts? Does anyone think GZ is smart enough to be able to shoot TM in cold blood and then come up with a plausible story in a few minutes before the cops arrive that fits the evidence so far presented?
In that video, he mentions squirming after the hand being held over his face.
The many lies and calmness after the killing may indicate a sociopathic thought process. He does have some talent there.
Every time you say "may indicate" I want you to think "leaves reasonable doubt about".
Just another piece to add to the case.
I'll defer to your expertise.
