and still fouling
Fouling down 9 with 10 seconds left. Some classless moves by MSU
This team plays like a bunch of assassins.
Gators win, 62-51
If the SEC had some better teams, we might have another couple of losses. Our offense sucks unless we can hit some outside shots & often we lack the defensive intensity to make up for the offense.
Got MSU's best shot an survived. Survive and move on
Hopefully they're saving their good games for better opponents
Could the fact that they were in STARKVILLE have anything to do why everything tonight sucked?
I thought Kasey Hill quietly played his best game of the year.
I disagree. This game was an aberration. Our defense is as good as any in the country
Dykes still talking up the Gators
So I'm guessing Kurtz's and Yeg's would lose the most playing time to Walker?
If walker is as advertised, IMO it erases our biggest weakness other than free throws. He would have made a HUGE difference tonight with Pat in foul trouble
This might seem like hyperbole, but no way can he be worst than Yeg.
All in all, we had a letdown game tonight on the road against a team playing their butts off and didn't lose. I'll take that any day.
Sure hope so. Yeguete just can no longer get off the floor. Nick Calathes could probably beat him in a hops contest now.
Another road win and people still complaining.
There's a noticeable dropoff the second Pat leaves the floor. I'm hoping that dropoff will disappear when Walker comes in.
I'm hoping he can integrate quickly into our offense and throw nice screens. My fear against Kentucky is that Pat and Yeguette struggled with Kentucky's height last year. I hope that having that extra height and jumping ability will help to shut down Kentucky's height.
If you are all sunshine and daises after this game you didn't watch it. I doubt Billy is happy with them right now outside of the win. We got the most important part (a win) but imo that was our worst game of the season.
