Plus the fact that he still takes shots on Kentucky is great to
I'll take this win, but this is one where I felt we really should have been able to wrap this one up early because Alabama really did not play that well. I do think somewhere on the road, besides Kentucky and Tennessee, someone is going to beat us eventually.
Win and move on. Ugly but Im sure most will take it.
Tough to pick an MVP in this game. Guess it would be Frazier for hitting some timely 3s to give some early breathing room, but he also took a lot of shots and his defense was pretty avg.
I like him too although sometimes I feel like he can get stuck on something... For example they had the little segment on fake shots and then I lost count of how many times he brought up the possibility of a fake shot.
Believe it or not thats a picture of my car at an area near St George Island. Love fat fender cars and big hipped women.
Yeah, good to get the win, but nobody had a particularly good game. I guess that's a good sign.
Opponent's talent level steps up considerably on Saturday.
Just win, baby!
yep, and this kind of performance on offense against UT will get us beat at home imo
Great win guys!
5 points for Young tonight. We need so much more from him
If team goes 15- 3 or even 14-4 in conference play then that ll be fine.
Knight was 100% correct. We need more production from the bigs. Pat's numbers are sad for a four year player. Five points? wow.
He expends a lot of energy and wear on his knees with by jumping out to defend the outside shots, then back in. Sometimes he loses his man inside. I think I'd rather see him inside on offense with the hope that he's not the main cog in our defense.
Can't look at it like that
We need walker in the worst way against UT. I do not feel good about this game saturday at all.
You use the words "always" and "never" quite a bit. It's hyperbolic and inaccurate in this case. No - I'm not referencing the stats you cite, but your statement from the previous post I quoted. Patric is not a big shot blocker. He's a position defender.
Geez. Gloomy and doomy two days before tip off?
After watching our offensive struggles in the past two games, yeah, I think UT is going to give us some major issues.
we had very little post game today, and bama scored most of their points on our post defense. Imo the post game is going to be the key on saturday, and I think UT has the advantage there
And a good one when he plays aggressive.
